Delete your account

This page lets you request permanent deletion of your GetMyHotels account and the personal data associated with it. You don't need to be signed in to file the request — but signing in lets you complete it instantly.

What gets deleted

Profile (name, email, phone, preferences, avatar)
Saved trips and itineraries
Chat history (AI conversations)
Stored payment methods (deleted from our records; Stripe/Adyen also delete on their side)
Notification preferences and marketing consents
Cookie / consent ledger entries

What we keep, and for how long

Booking + payment records: retained up to 7 years where tax, accounting, or anti-fraud law requires (varies by jurisdiction — US 6 yrs, EU 7 yrs, India 6 yrs).
Trust & safety logs: retained 90 days for incident investigation, then deleted.
Aggregated / anonymized analytics: cannot be re-linked to you and is kept indefinitely.

Not signed in?

You can either sign in to delete instantly, or email us and we'll verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days as required by GDPR / CCPA / DPDPA.

You can also export your data before deleting it — go to your profile and use "Download my data".
